Jury selection begins Monday in Leon County in the retrial of Katherine Magbanua. She is the alleged connection between the hitmen who killed FSU law professor Dan Markel and the person suspected of hiring them.

Charlie Adelson was transported from Broward County to Leon County this week and made his first court appearance in Tallahassee on Tuesday morning. Due to his charges, he was not assigned a bond, but his attorney, Margot Moss, has requested an Arthur Hearing. In the hearing, the judge will determine whether or not he can be released on bond.
