Tallahassee, FL – Hand sanitizing dispensers have been yanked from Leon County classrooms. The dispensers and the anti-bacterial product they contain had been donated by a school district partner last year. The district's Nursing and Health Services Coordinator Lorri Pilkington says the State Department of Health liked the dispensers

"However DOE and the State Fire Marshall's office had reservations because of the alcohol based product which research shows is the most effective in the prevention of spread of illnesses"

Tallahassee, FL – The Capital City Bank branch at the corner of Old Bainbridge Road and West Tharpe Street was held up around 1:20 Tuesday afternoon. The robber, described as a black man with a towel wrapped around his head, didn't show a weapon and ran off with the money. City Police think he may have escaped in a vehicle parked at nearby Fogle Court.

When Tesla CEO Elon Musk announced last week that he was considering ending the automaker's 8-year run as a publicly traded company, he indicated that he had found the money to do it.

"Am considering taking Tesla private at $420. Funding secured," Musk tweeted.

Musk is reportedly under scrutiny by federal securities regulators for this tweet as well as earlier statements. Now he is explaining that Saudi Arabia's sovereign wealth fund could help him take the electric car company private.

The FBI has fired an embattled special agent who was removed from the Russia inquiry after internal investigators discovered he had criticized then-candidate Donald Trump in text messages with another bureau official.

Peter Strzok had remained on the FBI payroll until his employment finally was terminated on Friday, his attorney said on Monday morning.
