15 roads will be fully repaired and resurfaced.

Bay County Commissioners are repairing 15 roads in the county, some of which were damaged during Hurricane Michael in 2018.

Officials said during Tuesday's commission meeting, that it’ll cost about $1.8 million to complete the work. The money will come out of the county’s FY24 Annual Resurfacing budget for road repairs and upgrades.

Bay County Chief Infrastructure Officer Keith Bryant said the $1,836,389 project should keep the streets up to spec for the next 20 years.

The county hasn’t set a date on when road work will begin, but says it will take 270 days to complete.
