Leon County Government presented this year's awards for outstanding high school scholarship and community involvement.

About half of Leon County public school students returned to campuses this week, while the rest chose remote learning. Now, the district has confirmed six cases of COVID-19.

Plans are underway to get students back into Leon County’s public school classrooms on August 10th. The district’s Reopen Task Force met for the first time Wednesday.
