An effort to further the rights of grandparents to see their grandchildren is back in Tallahassee. The legislature has given them a little leeway in recent years, but Gina Jordan reports the law remains firmly on the side of parents.
Apartment renters showed up in force at the state Capitol today (Wednesday) to oppose a plan by out-of-state companies to help landlords charge a new fee to their tenants. But as Steve Bousquet reports, industry forces had the votes.
