  • Join us at Hangar 38 on Sunday, August 9th between 4-8pm for our 13th Annual Spare A Life Funday! We’re excited to host this family-friendly fundraiser with hours of fun and a little something for everyone including bowling, arcade games, food, drinks, raffle baskets and more. Whether you’re a seasoned striker or a proud gutter ball enthusiast, it’s a perfect night out for the whole family while helping homeless animals in our community.

    Tickets are now available!
    Individual tickets are $35 each and include unlimited games and bowling.
    A family pack is $150 and includes unlimited games and bowling for up to five people.

    Food and beverages are a separate cost, but Hangar 38 is donating 10% back of those purchases. Bowling lanes are first come, first serve as there are no assigned lanes. Bowling shoes are included but you must bring socks or purchase socks from Hangar 38.

    Visitors are invited to experience “Relics and Dreams: Jan Austin-Hicken,” a vibrant
    exhibition of assemblages, original hats, and jewelry. Using handmade papers, treasured
    fabrics, and found objects collected over decades, Austin-Hicken transforms familiar
    materials into expressive works full of imagination, texture, and personal history.

  • 38th Annual Art in Gadsden Juried Exhibition Public Opening & Awards Ceremony
    Friday, July 24, 2026, from 5pm–7:30pm
    Celebrate the creativity of our region at the 38th Annual Art in Gadsden Juried Exhibition
    Public Opening & Awards Ceremony. Visitors are invited to be among the first to experience
    this year’s exhibition, featuring 105 works of art by 87 artists, and enjoy an evening of art,
    conversation, and community connection.Doors open at 5pm, and the Awards Ceremony will
    begin promptly at 6:15pm. We look forward to seeing you here to celebrate creative talent in
    our community!
