The recent spate of child deaths under the Department of Children and Family’s watch has once again raised concerns that the agency isn’t doing enough to protect the kids in its care. We speak with Department of Children and Family’s Secretary David Wilkins about the death of four children within six weeks and what the agency is doing now to protect kids.
