Arrests were made in just one of the weekend shootings in Tallahassee.

The Tallahassee Police Department is working three separate shooting incidents in the city since Friday night. All ended in a total of four adult males having non-life threatening injuries.

The weekend shootings started just before 7:30 Friday evening in the 1000 block of Ocala Road. A man was shot at an apartment complex near the FSU campus.

Next, a Saturday morning argument between neighbors on Elberta Drive ended with one man hurt and two people arrested. 44-year-old Curtis Dowdell was taken into custody for aggravated battery with a firearm and resisting arrest, and 31-year-old Tiffany Wilson is also charged with resisting arrest.

The latest shooting happened just after 2:00 Sunday morning in the 600 block of Osceola Street near the FAMU campus. Officers say two men were shot. An emergency text alert from FAMU overnight said the suspect left in a white SUV in an unknown direction.

Investigators ask anyone who may have information about these cases to please call 850-891-4200, or call Crime Stoppers anonymously at 850-574-TIPS.
