People from across the nation are coming down to the Florida State Cross Country Invitational in Apalachee Regional Park. Visit Tallahassee organizes the races. Executive Director of Visit Tallahassee Kerri Post expects it will be the biggest cross-country event in Florida.
“More than 3400 collegiate, high school, and middle school runners will be coming up here for the FSU Invitational and pre-state meet,” says Post.
The Cross Country Invitational will serve as a preview meet since the Cross Country Championships are expected to return to Apalachee Regional Park.
