The Florida Department of Health is seeking public input this week on a rule for medical cannabis. It’s holding workshops around the state.
The state health department held the first meeting Monday in Jacksonville. It’s also holding workshops this week in Fort Lauderdale, Orlando and Tampa. The department’s final public workshop is Thursday in Tallahassee at 4 p.m.
The proposed rule include what conditions are eligible and limits the amount prescribed to a 45-day supply.
