A special event focused on empowering girls and young women takes place at Tallahassee’s High Magnetic Field Laboratory on Saturday, August 8^th. To give a preview of the occasion is the Mag Lab’s Roxanne Hughes, Ericka McKibbin with Girls on the Run, Haley Cutler from the Oasis Center for Women and Girls and former Sci-Girl Lucy Toman, who is a summer intern with the Society of Women Engineers in Chicago.
