Perspectives: Rod Durham

Tallahassee high school teacher Rod Durham once weighed more than 400 pounds. Then he won a slot on ABC TV’s “Extreme Weight Loss” show. After a year of strict diet and exercise, he’s now down to a bit more than 250 pounds and hopes to level off around 225. He and his trainer, Kim Bibeau of Sweat Therapy Fitness, talk about his journey.
