Not many music fans know the name “Bob Weinstock”, but his Prestige Records label was a driving force behind the be-bop jazz, folk, and Latin music explosions that took place in America between 1950 and the mid-90s. His long-time friend and associate Deborah Desilets is now writing a book about Weinstock and his musical contributions and she shares those memories and music.
