A worldwide event called “One Billion Rising” happens Feb. 14 to focus attention on violence against women and aggression at all levels. Licia Balance Berry, prime organizer for the local component of the event, joins Oasis Center for Women and Girls Counselor Sarah Sturges to discuss the issue behind the event.
