Governor DeSantis reviews his legacy during his final State of the State speech and hard feelings linger from last year’s lawmaking session.

The Florida House and Senate have already passed several of their priority pieces of legislation during the first week of this year’s legislative session. But as Tristan Wood reports, there’s not yet agreement on whether and which of those policies will become Florida Law.

The Republic of Cuba is facing its worst economic crisis since the communist revolutionaries seized power 67 years ago. This comes after the United States arrested Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro in a brazen operation on January 3rd. The action left at least 80 people dead… including 32 members of the Cuban military that provided security for Maduro. Cubans are reacting, as WLRN’s Danny Rivero reports.
