Governor Ron DeSantis made the economy, environment and education his top-three issues for his second State of the State address to the Florida Legislature.  Tom Flanigan says the Legislature’s Democrats remain unimpressed.

Florida’s average teacher salary is among the lowest in the nation. The Florida Education Association says the state suffers from high turn-over rates and teacher shortages.
