Jefferson Arts Gallery reminds you of the upcoming student show running from April 12th through April 26th. Please join us for refreshments from noon to 4pm April 12th. We are conveniently located 575 W Washington St. Monticello, Fl. We are just 2 blocks west of the courthouse on Hwy 90.
Regular gallery hours are Wednesday and Saturday from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm.

A beloved family event celebrated in our community since 2001, our annual KidsFest is a day of free kids’ activities and entertainment for the whole family at Cascades Park in Tallahassee.

More businesses and nonprofits than ever before will be coming to Cascades Park. Each exhibitor will have a hands-on children’s activity for your child to enjoy FREE of charge. Admission, entertainment and all activities are completely free.

In addition to the exhibitor activities, sponsors will be helping Kids Incorporated bring you the best KidsFest to date! Remember to try out the completely separate Toddler Town area for the really littles – so they don’t have to compete with the big kids. Need to take a break and sit for a bit? We will have the Cascades stage up and running with fun entertainment for the whole family!

Join us on Saturday, April 12th from 11am-2pm at Proctor Subaru as we partner with the Leon County Humane Society to help animals find their "furever" home.
Volunteers and foster families from the Leon County Humane Society will have dogs and puppies looking to match with their future families.

Then, gallop through our historic halls following a new StoryWalk® and audiobook installation featuring Paul Revere’s Ride by Henry Wadsworth Longfellow with guided readings at 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM.

Enjoy free snacks and craft activities with community partners from the Florida Division of Historical Resources and WFSU.

The StoryWalk® is recommended for early readers and young history enthusiasts aged 3 – 10, but the program activities will be enjoyed by all.

School of Arts and Sciences Middle School Rock Band, directed by Shannon Watkins, will play a free concert on Thursday, April 24 at the Adderly Amphitheater at Cascades Park. Show starts at 7 PM. Free event, but donations are accepted.
