Triple R Horse Rescue invites the community to its 11th Annual “Have a Heart for Horses” Fundraiser & Gala on February 28 at The Homestead Barn in Monticello. This unforgettable evening features a breathtaking live performance by equestrian artist Sandra Beaulieu and her Lusitano stallion Rovandio, who will create a painted masterpiece in real time — a rare fusion of horsemanship, artistry, and musical expression. Guests will also enjoy gourmet dining by EP Designs, live music and dancing with Baby Gray, and a vibrant silent auction supporting Triple R’s lifesaving work.

Since 2009, Triple R has rescued, rehabilitated, and rehomed more than 550 horses, donkeys, and mules across North Florida and South Georgia. With no publicly funded equine shelters in the region, the organization relies entirely on volunteers, foster ranches, and community support to respond to cases of abuse, neglect, abandonment, and owner hardship. The gala is the heartbeat of this mission — a night to celebrate these remarkable animals and help ensure their continued care and second chances.
