Every 20 years, a special constitution revision commission looks at possible changes to the state’s foundational document. That body meets next in 2017 and already there’s an effort to make sure as many everyday citizens as possible are part of the process. Speaking about it are: Carol Weissert, head of the LeRoy Collins Institute at FSU; Steve Uhlfelder was was a member of the 1977-78 commission; and Bob Nabors and Martha Barnett who both sat on the 1997-98 commission.
