Tallahassee’s Cascades Park officially opens Friday, March 14. The day before that, WFSU-FM’s Perspectives will preview the event with guests: Tallahassee Mayor John Marks; Leon County Commission Chair Kristin Dozier; Chief Project Planner Wayne Tedder; and Riley House & Museum Director Althamese Barnes.
