It's time for the third annual Notes for IMPACT to benefit IMPACT Tallahassee, which includes an academy and preschool.

The building on Hermitage Boulevard provides educational resources and therapy services for young people with special needs, accommodating ages 6 weeks to 22 years old.

This year's fundraiser is returning to Shiloh Farm on October 30 with a party, auction, and entertainment by Restless Road.

Press release from IMPACT Tallahassee:

IMPACT Tallahassee is inviting the community to come together for one of Tallahassee’s most meaningful and memorable evenings. Notes for IMPACT 2025, featuring rising country music trio Restless Road, is coming up on Thursday, October 30!

Held at Shiloh Farm’s Grand Ol’ Barn, this annual concert and fundraising event celebrates music, inclusion, and the power of community. Guests will enjoy a VIP Happy Hour, an upscale fish fry dinner, open bar, live auction, and a private concert experience with Restless Road!

IMPACT Tallahassee, established in 2006, has been serving children and young adults with special needs here in Leon and 17 surrounding counties in North Florida and Southern Georgia. IMPACT Tallahassee is made up of their non-profit private Academy (serving children from kindergarten to age 22), an inclusive preschool program, with both having access to individualized and comprehensive therapeutic treatment plans through IMPACT Therapy.

Proceeds from Notes for IMPACT directly supports IMPACT Tallahassee’s mission to expand educational, therapeutic, and workforce opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities. From early childhood learning and therapy services to young adult transition and job training, IMPACT Tallahassee continues to build pathways to independence for students across the region.

“Notes for IMPACT has become so much more than an event,” said Kevin Kolka, President of IMPACT Tallahassee. “It’s a night to celebrate the children and families we serve. Our goal has always been to empower children and young adults with special needs to live their most independent and fulfilled lives. This night wouldn’t be possible without the support of our presenting sponsor, SunStop Stores, our Board members, and all our sponsors. We are incredibly grateful for our community partners who see the value in our mission and believe in where we’re headed.”
