Stakes are high for the Tallahassee Soccer Club. The city’s men’s semi pro team looks to bring home the 850 Cup title from in-state rival Pensacola and clinch its first playoff berth.

The club’s President and Founder, Chris Petley, says he anticipates a jam-packed stadium in support of the home team.

“We invite all the community to come out and really be there for a chance to watch history,” Petley said. “This is five years in the making for our club. Our fifth year, we average north of 800 fans a game. We’re looking to try to get 1000 this weekend.”

Saturday’s matchup will be played in Tallahassee’s Gene Cox Stadium at 7pm. Tickets are available on the club’s website.
