The Tallahassee Citizens Police Review Board has nine vacancies.

The Tallahassee City Commission is accepting applicants for the Citizens Police Review Board. There are nine vacancies.

The board's goal is to support transparency, communication, and trust between locals and the Tallahassee Police Department. Members will review TPD internal affairs reports, cases, and law enforcement issues the community is interested in. Nine people will serve on the board. Each commissioner will appoint one person, and the commission will choose four more people. The deadline to apply is November 16 at 5 p.m.

Robbie Gaffney graduated from Florida State University with degrees in Digital Media Production and Creative Writing. Before working at WFSU, they recorded FSU’s basketball and baseball games for Seminole Productions as well as interned for the PBS Station in Largo, Florida. Robbie loves playing video games such as Shadow of the Colossus, Animal Crossing, and Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles. Their other hobbies include sleeping and watching anime.
