Tallahassee Mayor John Dailey took to Twitter Monday to address a fight between white protesters and white counter-protestors at a black lives matter rally this week. During the altercation, a white counter-protester brandished his gun.

"I am frustrated that we had a fight break out, a weapon was shown, and no charges have been brought forth. And I am comforted to know that the State Attorney’s office is still investigating the incident that took place," said Dailey.

Dailey is asking for cool heads to prevail as conversations about social justice continue.
