Tallahassee commissioners will discuss the development of two new parks during their Wednesday meeting.

Officials want to put one of the new parks in the Northwest area of town and the other would be in the Southwest part of the community. The new parks will provide additional amenities for citizens to use for enjoyment. Despite 93 parks and facilities already available to Tallahassee residents, officials say there is a growing demand for more parks. The meeting will begin at four p.m. in City Hall.
