Report: Valdosta Ranks In Top 50 Safest Cities In Georgia

The city of Valdosta is ranked in the top 50 safest cities in Georgia.

Out of 537 Georgia cities, Valdosta ranks number 38 on the list of the safest cities in Georgia for violent and property crime. That’s according to a report by Backgroundchecks.org, which based its rankings on FBI statistics and research data.

For example, the report states Valdosta’s property crime is at 4.1 percent.

Meanwhile, Peachtree City in South Metro Atlanta—deemed the safest place to live—has a little over a percent of property crime.
