A Big Bend Sheriff’s department is holding a special Toy Drive Tuesday to help needy kids.

With not as many donations coming in for their 35th annual Project 25 toy drive, the Bay County Sheriff’s department is turning to residents for help.

All day Tuesday, the public can donate ten dollars or a new toy to fill up the shelves of Sheriff Frank McKeithen’s so-called Toy Workshop at their main Panama City location, off North Highway 77.

Officials says the department’s annual toy drive—which is underway—has helped thousands of Bay County kids in the past.
