A second Florida State University Football player is facing battery charges. Dalvin Cook is being investigated for battery.
Update 5:35 p.m.: Deputy Assistant State Attorney Georgia Cappleman says a warrant has been issued for 19-year-old Dalvin Cook's arrest. Cook could be charged with misdemeanor assault as soon as Monday for hitting a 21-year-old woman last month. He has been suspended from FSU's football team indefinitely.

According to ESPN, the woman says was approached by a man who was not Cook outside of the bar Clyde's and Costello's shortly after it closed on June 23. The woman said the man asked for her phone number, which she refused to give him.
"I told him I had a boyfriend and wasn't interested," said the woman, who spoke to ESPN.com on the condition she not be identified. The woman said the man returned to the parking lot with Cook and an argument became heated, and then Cook punched her in the face several times."
According to the Tallahassee Democrat, Cook says he didn't hit anyone.

State Attorney Willie Meggs says Cook is under investigation for hitting a 21-year-old woman. The incident occurred June 23 outside of Clyde’s and Costello’s on South Adams Street.
Cook has not yet been charged with a crime, but Megg’s told the Tallahassee Democrat he expects to file charges soon. According to the report, the victim plans to press charges.
The incident occurred a day before now-former FSU quarterback De’Andre Johnson punched a woman at Yianni’s nighclub. Johnson has been dismissed from the team and faces misdemeanor battery charges.
