You may get a chance to spot not one, but two rare attractions in the night skies. According to NASA, a rare super blue moon will be visible Wednesday night, with Saturn not too far away.
Despite its name, the “blue moon” is actually not blue. It refers to when two full moons appear in the same month but this particular one, will be much bigger –hence the name “super blue moon.” It’s a grand showing that only comes around every 10 to 20 years.
Both the blue moon and Saturn will appear opposite of the sun at 9:36pm ET and will reappear in 2037.
