Former Visit Florida Chief: Tourists Will Return

Brill dealt with the aftermath of successive hurricanes in the mid 2000s as Visit Florida chief marketing officer, and served as head of the Office of Tourism, Trade and Economic Development under Governor Charlie Crist.
