Via News Service of Florida: In a highly anticipated ruling, Leon County Circuit Judge Terry Lewis has struck down congressional districts drawn by the Legislature in 2012. Lewis specifically found fault with two districts, including the sprawling district represented by Congresswoman Corrine Brown. An appeal is virtually certain.
