Businesses open during the pandemic remain at risk of lawsuits if someone were to claim they caught COVID-19 due to negligence on the part of the business. Florida lawmakers are now taking things into their own hands since the federal government hasn’t addressed the issue, as we hear from Blaise Gainey.

Black faith leaders are trying to combat vaccine hesitancy. Robbie Gaffney reports some people of color and those living in rural areas are more hesitant to take the vaccine due to safety concerns and misinformation.
