Gainesville, FL – In a climate of economic turmoil and diminishing budgets, Florida's community colleges are hurting financially. One proposed solution is Amendment Eight, which is an attempt to let local residents provide some extra funds for the struggling institutions. From Mid-Florida Public Radio in Gainesville, Rikki Klaus reports.
