High School Art & Portfolio Competition

Join us for the opening reception of the 39th Mahaska Whitley Student Exhibition, a juried high school art and portfolio competition celebrating the creativity, skill, and vision of emerging young artists.
The evening begins Thursday, March 5th, at 5:30 PM, with the exhibition open for viewing and time to explore the remarkable work on display.
At 6:00 PM, guests are invited to gather in our gardens for the Awards Ceremony, where selected students will be recognized for their outstanding artistic achievement.
This annual exhibition highlights a diverse range of media and perspectives, offering a glimpse into the next generation of creative talent. Families, friends, educators, and community members are warmly invited to attend and support these exceptional student artists.
