Big Bend Community Orchestra Fall Concert
Join the Big Bend Community Orchestra for an afternoon of exciting classical works. We will perform Gershwin’s “Rhapsody in Blue” as it celebrates 100 years--featured performers will be Dr. Joanna Sobkowska on piano and Dr. Julian White on trumpet. Other works include the Legenden by Dvorak, Symphonic Sketches by Chadwick and L'Arlésienne by Bizet. The orchestra will also be performing Kirkpatrick Fanfare by Boysen which will highlight the bohdran an Irish percussion instrument.
