While Tallahassee’s power is rapidly coming back on, there still may be some small business owners and entrepreneurs who need a temporary operation space. So DOMI Station off Railroad Avenue is ready to help.
A day after Tropical Storm Irma blew through town, about a dozen displaced business folks were working away at DOMI Station and obviously happy to be there. DOMI’s Director of Programs Dominick Ard’is said there was still plenty of room for lots more small business owners, entrepreneurs and creatives in need of a short-term home.
“Fifty, seventy-five, come on by,” he urged. “We’re excited to be of service. We have plenty of coffee and plenty of refrigerator space. Just don’t bring everything from your fridge at home. We wish we could accommodate that, but we just can’t.”
Besides the caffeine and fridge space, Ard’is said the free offer also includes a comfortable work environment and high-speed Internet access.
