Banks Under Pressure To Help Struggling Homeowners

Tallahassee, Fl – Florida is second only to Nevada in the number of foreclosures. The latest report from the real estate website RealtyTrac shows foreclosures in Florida increased two percent from October to November. One of the main reasons is subprime mortgage loans that many banks and con artists were offering during the housing boom. Gina Jordan has more about what is being done to help troubled homeowners renegotiate those loans.
