Allison Tant has won reelection to the Florida House of Representatives, securing another term representing District 9.
Portions of Leon, Jefferson and Madison counties will continue to be represented in the state legislature by Tant who was initially elected in 2020.
"What drives me and what makes me do the things that I do are the needs of House District 9 and the human beings who need to make sure that their voices are heard."
Tant says she will continue to prioritize education and support for underserved communities while in office.
Her victory over her opponent, Republican Tracy Robinson, means she can continue to serve the rural counties of North Florida.
