Fans of the musical duo Paul Simon and Art Garfunkel will get a chance to hear some of their favorite songs come alive this Friday, Feb. 6 at the Monticello Opera House.

Opera House Executive Director Mike Herrin said "Simon and Garfunkel: A Tribute" has garnered national acclaim.

"Jeff Jablonski and Jeff Radi actually met on a Crosby, Stills and Nash touring show. And they discovered they had this common love of Simon and Garfunkel. So they've been at it a long time and they're really living out their passion."

With the original Simon and Garfunkel long retired from singing together, Herrin says he thinks this is the closest today's audiences can come to hearing the real thing.
