The shooting took place at around 11:15 a.m. The two victims — one man and one woman — were taken to a local hospital. Police say the victims knew the suspect. They arrived at the credit union together before the shooting, said Tallahassee Police Department's Public Information Officer Heather Merritt.

This was an "isolated incident" and "not a random act of violence," Merritt said.

The investigation is ongoing.
