The Leon County School District has announced drivers will need to slow down even more in 20 school zones.
The Florida Department of Transportation is making the change to posted speed limits to comply with state law. In all cases in Leon County, the speed limit is being lowered from 20 mph to 15 mph, and new signs will be posted.

- Canopy Oaks Elementary School - Sherborne Rd
- Cobb Middle School - Lucy St, Mitchell Ave, Crestview Ave
- DeSoto Trail Elementary School - Kerry Forest Pkwy, Tredington Park Dr
- Fairview Middle School - Gaile Ave
- Gretchen Everhart School - Mission Rd
- Griffin Middle School - Dade St
- Hartsfield Elementary School - Chowkeebin Nene
- John G. Riley Elementary School - Calloway St
- Killearn Lakes Elementary School - Deer Lake Dr
- Leon High School - Miccosukee Rd
- Nims Middle School- Holton St, Saxon St, Pasco St
- Oak Ridge Elementary School - Ross Rd. Shelfer Rd
- Pineview Elementary School - Walcott St
- Ruediger Elementary School - Dawsey St, Green St, Branch St
