Tallahassee Police have arrested a man in connection with the death of a woman reported missing

Police arrested 59-year-old Martin Barrett Thursday after locating the body of 74-year-old Cecilia Lopez-Quessada.

Lopez-Quessada was reported missing Tuesday. She was last heard from Sunday.

Barrett is facing second degree murder charges. Police say he killed Lopez-Quessada then dumped her body in a wooded area off Tower Road. According to a TPD report, Lopez-Quessada and Barrett knew each other.
