FAMU Ends Curfew

Brick sign with gold letters that spell Florida A&M University
Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University

Students at Florida A&M University will no longer be under curfew. The Dean of Students Bomani Spell made the announcement Friday. He says the positivity rate has declined to a manageably low level. Campus gatherings have also been expanded to 30 participants.

The rules of wearing masks, social distancing, and practicing good hygiene are still part of the students’ guidelines for now.

Students will still have to adhere to the guidelines or possibly face suspension.
