Unlike the more traditional physical art exhibit (this one at Tallahassee's 621 Gallery) COCA's newest exhibition is totally in the electronic realm.

The Council of Culture and the Arts (COCA) has created an online gallery for nearly 100 of Tallahassee's artists.

Nearly one-hundred Tallahassee artists are featured in a new on-line exhibit. The virtual gallery is hosted by "COCA," the Council of Culture and the Arts.
COCA's Amanda Karioth Thompson says it's one of the largest exhibits her organization has been involved with.

"Ninety-three local artists and 254 individual pieces of artwork. It's just a cacaphony of beauty and creativity and talent," she said.

Painting, drawing, sculpture, ceramics, printmaking and multi-media are represented in the "Creative Tallahassee Exhibition," which has its own web site.

"COCAonlinegallery.zenfolio.com."

A most welcome reminder, added Karioth Thompson, of how much beauty there is in our community, even during times that are often less than pretty.
