Summer Griffith is the founder and owner of Drip Drop Fitness, a local class-based fitness studio that launched in 2017. When Governor Ron DeSantis in March issued an executive order mandating all gyms and fitness centers close, like many other establishments, she had to get creative. Ryan Dailey spoke with Griffith about what it’s been like to go digital with the studio’s classes.
