Key Tallahassee Roads To Be Shutdown December 7th For Winter Festival

If you’re wanting to travel this Saturday, expect road closures in Tallahassee. The city’s annual Winter Festival will be taking over. 

On Saturday, several roads will close in preparation for Tallahassee’s Winter Festival. They are as follows:

Starting 7 am:

  • Adams Street between Park and Jefferson streets
  • Park and College avenues between Monroe and Bronough streets
  • Duval Street between Pensacola and Call streets

Starting at 4 pm:

  • Monroe Street between Tennessee and Brevard streets
  • Virginia, Georgia and Carolina streets between Adams and Calhoun streets

Starting at 5 pm:

  • Monroe Street between Tennessee Street and Oakland Avenue
  • Tennessee Street between Calhoun and Adams streets
  • Call Street and Park and College avenues between Calhoun and Bronough streets
  • Jefferson and Pensacola streets between Monroe and Bronough streets
  • Gaines Street between Gadsden and Bronough streets

Travelling will be limited along Apalachee Parkway from Franklin Boulevard. All streets will reopen at 10:30 pm.
