Blue Skies May Be Heading For Tallahassee

jetblue.com

Lower cost flights could soon be coming to Tallahassee. That’s according to Ron Greenstein, the chair of the Tallahassee Airport Advisory Committee.

Greenstein says Jet Blue is expected to make an official decision about running flights through the Tallahassee airport by early next year. He says the plan is coming together thanks to the community.

“I applaud the city commission for getting involved with the jet blue campaign. I have never seen a community, and I’ve been through a few of them, as turned on to get together as a group,” Greenstein says.

Greenstein says JetBlue flights could begin taking off from the Tallahassee airport as early as August of 2017.
