Update: Investigators determined the fire was intentional.
Leon High School canceled classes Monday morning after a fire, and will continue to be closed Tuesday. School officials say they hope to reopen the school Wednesday. No students or faculty were injured.
The fire was contained in a third floor storage room of the main building. Communications Manager for Leon County Schools Chris Petley says the building has water and smoke damage, but the extent is not yet known. Officials are investigating the cause. All after-school activities are canceled.
