Tallahassee, FL – When the Florida Legislature returns from its Passover Easter Break it will have two weeks to agree on about $4 billion in spending cuts. Budget negotiations have been delayed by the House and Senate inability to agree on how much to spend on different items like schools and prisons. Then over the weekend, Governor Rick Scott reiterated his call for tax cuts. James Call reports.
