Tallahassee, Fl – A proposed Constitutional Amendment alarms politicians. Two members of Congress, one Hispanic and one African-American, told a state committee they owe their seats to the way their districts were drawn. As James Call reports, they say they fear two amendments that are meant to take the politics out of redistricting.
